The fee for residential home sales is $995.00 + HST and disbursements (out of pocket expenses I have to incur for your transaction)

The fee for purchases is $1,095.00 + HST and disbursements.

The fee for removing or adding a spouse is $395.00 + HST and disbursements.

The fee for preparing a simple Agreement of Purchase and Sale is $495.00 + HST.
