If you are engaged in any type of business where you could have personal liability issues, then you may want to incorporate a company to protect your personal assets.
You can elect to create a numbered company such as 8675309 Ontario Limited (using a number assigned by the government).
You can also choose your own name for your corporation such as Clarks Catering Inc. A named corporation requires a separate search to confirm that no one else is using that name which could be confusing to the public.

The fee to incorporate a new company is $650.00 + HST and Disbursements.
Once you have a company, you will have to keep it current by filing annual resolutions, etc. We can also take care of this for you for a reasonable fee.
Finally, if you wish to sell the shares of the company or sell the assets of the company then you will need particular agreements drafted to accomplish this. We will work with your accountant and any other agents to ensure this is completed in accordance with your wishes.
